To support our ambition, we’re looking for a creative, strategic and hands-on Social Media & Influencer Specialist to help us boost our presence, engage communities, and grow our brands across platforms.
What you’ll do
- Build and execute the social media strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
- Manage the social media content calendars for multiple brands across our key channels : Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook
- Write strong, engaging copy tailored to each platform
- Create custom assets and templates for marketing campaigns (visuals, reels, ads, videos)
- Build and execute the influencer strategy: identify, contact, and manage influencers partnerships
- Develop a compelling video strategy for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, from scripting to shooting to editing
- Organize video shoots and coordinate creators or talents when needed
- Animate and moderate our social media communities (comments, messages, tags)
- Track and report on social performance to the Marketing Manager
- Share insights and recommendations to continuously improve our content and strategy.
Who you are
- You have 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the tech, music or lifestyle industries
- You hold a degree in marketing, communication, media or a related field
- You write in fluent English and French (Spanish is a plus)
- You’re a creative thinker, with a strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- You’re confident with design tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, Capcut, etc
- You’re comfortable creating short-form videos, you know what works on TikTok and Instagram
- You’re familiar with social media analytics, reporting tools, and social listening
- You’re organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple projects at the same time
- You are able to work in a multi-brand environment
