We are recruiting an ICT Manager for a permanent contract in Vlaams brabant !
We are looking for a dynamic ICT Manager to lead the ICT support team and oversee the strategic, secure, and cost-effective management of our organization’s entire ICT environment. You will ensure that our back-office applications and broader digital infrastructure are aligned with our operational needs and strategic goals.
The job ?
ICT Management & Leadership
- Develop and implement strategic ICT plans in a cost-efficient way
- Manage team performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Represent the ICT department in executive meetings
- Oversee vendor management and external partner contracts
Ensure ICT Stability & Security
- Define and implement policies for ICT security and operational stability
- Ensure compliance with security regulations and standards
- Identify and mitigate ICT risks
- Report service status to leadership
IT Architecture & Business Alignment
- Collaborate with leadership to align ICT architecture with business needs
- Lead selection and implementation of back-office software solutions
- Evaluate the business impact and security of digital applications
- Support the integration of new hardware and software systems
Project & Budget Oversight
- Develop a strategic ICT project portfolio and set priorities
- Monitor progress and performance of all ICT projects
- Manage ICT budgets and operational resources
- Communicate results and progress to stakeholders
ICT Strategy Development
- Define long-term ICT strategies in line with organizational goals
- Identify emerging technologies and innovation opportunities
- Advise leadership on strategic ICT investments
- Monitor and adjust strategy effectiveness
Service Management
- Implement professional service management processes
- Track and improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Define and ensure compliance with SLAs
- Analyze performance data and implement improvements
External Partner Management
- Evaluate and recommend external partners
- Build cost-efficient, transparent collaboration models
- Manage contract renewals and compliance
What We’re Looking For ?
- Minimum: Medior profile
- Strong experience in ICT and telephony
- Solid knowledge of IT architecture
- Proven people management skills
- Project and risk management expertise
- Strategic thinking and budget control capabilities
- Digitalization and process orientation mindset
- Language: Dutch & French (English is a plus)
