Strategy and Management
Participate in the strategic management of the hospital.
Act as a liaison between care services, the management team, and the administrative body.
Collaborate as a team with other members of the management team to ensure the consistency of the non-profit organization's policies.
Define and manage the HR strategy in direct collaboration with the General Management and the Executive Committee.

Supervise HR teams and manage the department's budget.
Contribution to Transformation
Contribute to the implementation of the transformation as identified through the 2021-2030 strategic axes, respecting the institution's values and the philosophy of care. In particular, support cultural, digital, and organizational transformations (including the integration of non-profit organizations, cf. "Impact" project).
Compliance and Regulations
Ensure compliance with current regulations and standards, including ethical and deontological standards, as well as labor law, health & safety.
Prepare for and manage various audits and inspections.
Comply with obligations to the Works Council & Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work.
Working Relationships
Internal: General Management, Executive Committee members, activity coordinators, employee representatives (Constructive collaboration with employee representatives).
External: GIBBIS, payroll providers, External Service for Prevention and Protection at Work, HR service providers, HR network, training organizations. Represent the hospital to stakeholders (potentially to funding organizations) and be the HR face of the institution (media channels and employer branding).
Requirements
- University degree (HR, Law, Psychology, Labor Sciences, or equivalent).
- Proven HR experience (≥ 7 years) covering both soft HR and hard HR dimensions.
- Demonstrated experience in team management/leadership.
- Proven experience in social dialogue (Works Council, Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work), change management, and organizational transformation.
- Fluent French (C1 to C2 level)
- Dutch (B2 level)

- Previous experience in a healthcare institution or non-profit sector.
- Previous experience in an organization operating in 24/7 mode.

Interested and qualified candidates will meet with the Connected Minds Partner (Sébastien) in charge of the recruitment assignment.
Completion of a series of psychometric questionnaires.
Following a presentation to the CHJT (mid-June), shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by the selection committee. The selection committee has reserved the following dates: June 23, June 24, June 25, and July 3.
The selection committee will designate the successful candidate (around July 2025).
