In a constantly evolving international environment, you will support the HR team and actively participate in HR projects, in direct collaboration with the HR Business Partners.

Your Mission:

Alongside an HRBP, you will be involved in various aspects of human resources, for a concrete and formative experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Participating in recruitment and onboarding processes (drafting job offers, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, welcoming new employees).
• Contributing to HR administrative tasks: contract management, updating personnel files, filing.
• Providing support on cross-functional HR projects: performance, training, well-being, digitalization, process improvement.
• Collaborating on internal HR communication and promoting the company's values.
• Being a point of contact to answer employee questions and relay HR information.

Your Profile:

• You are currently studying (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resources, Work Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• You are organized, proactive, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• You enjoy working in a team and demonstrate discretion and rigor.
• You are comfortable with computer tools (Office 365) and have a good ability to adapt.
• You speak French and have a good knowledge of Dutch and/or English.

• Internship Location: Brussels (Anderlecht)
• Duration: to be agreed upon (minimum 3 months desired)
• Start Date: according to your availability - from September
