Your Mission

As CTO, you will champion the technological vision of our client and their solutions, while providing supportive leadership to an ambitious and motivated tech team. As a member of the leadership team, you will be a key contributor to the overall strategy, working closely with the CEO and other departments.

In charge for the technical direction of innovative digital health projects, you will work closely with the technical, product, and sales teams to ensure that solutions meet market needs and simplify the daily lives of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the technical strategy for e-Health solutions.
• Lead development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
• Collaborate with product teams to define requirements and prioritize features.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance our offerings.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and data regulations.
• Mentor and train technical team members to foster their professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in software development technologies and cloud architectures.
• Proven experience in the healthcare industry, ideally in e-Health projects, would be a definite asset.
